BigBuny Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "BigBuny," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the BigBuny online gaming platform accessible at bigbuny.net and its associated mobile applications.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the BigBuny platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the BigBuny platform.
• "Platform" means the BigBuny website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features made available to players.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the BigBuny platform, including but not limited to Pearls of Bingo, MT Live, Monster Mine, 24 Hour Grand Prix, Star Fishing, and European Roulette Pro.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your BigBuny account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable promotion terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your account by BigBuny under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where relevant.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BigBuny platform, creating an account, or placing any wager on any game offered by BigBuny, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the BigBuny platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

BigBuny reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, BigBuny will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the BigBuny platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. BigBuny strictly prohibits access by minors. This age restriction is in accordance with Philippine regulations governing real-money online gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a BigBuny account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of BigBuny, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the BigBuny platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

BigBuny reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games on BigBuny, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one BigBuny account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BigBuny will never request your password via any communication channel.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify BigBuny immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. BigBuny will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be communicated to BigBuny's customer support team without undue delay.

BigBuny reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the BigBuny platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: BigBuny accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform for each payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: BigBuny may require identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the capabilities of the relevant payment provider.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). BigBuny does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

BigBuny reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, BigBuny may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

BigBuny offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all BigBuny bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• BigBuny reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other means designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• BigBuny reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player claiming a bonus and to withhold bonus funds pending verification.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the BigBuny platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained live dealers under controlled conditions. The following terms apply:

• Game outcomes on BigBuny are determined by certified RNG systems that produce statistically random results. BigBuny does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, BigBuny's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. BigBuny's decision in such matters is final.
• BigBuny reserves the right to void any game round or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, software fault, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• The house edge for each game is disclosed within the game information section. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept the applicable house edge.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BigBuny platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one BigBuny account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the BigBuny platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the BigBuny platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BigBuny staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Using the BigBuny platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

BigBuny is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the BigBuny platform, including but not limited to the BigBuny name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of BigBuny or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BigBuny platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any BigBuny content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the BigBuny name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any BigBuny content or software.
• Use any BigBuny content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of BigBuny's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by BigBuny.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BigBuny's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your BigBuny account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BigBuny shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond BigBuny's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude BigBuny's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player's BigBuny account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your BigBuny account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• Closure by BigBuny: BigBuny reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you have breached any provision of these Terms, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the BigBuny platform is immediately revoked. Any Bonus Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification and applicable withdrawal terms.

BigBuny's rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the BigBuny platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact BigBuny's customer support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.
